Where to find it

Sign in to the Employee Portal and open Payroll, then Payslips. Each row is one pay period, newest first, with the period dates and the pay date.

When a payslip appears

A payslip shows up only when its payroll run is Approved or Paid. Runs that are still being prepared or reviewed are not shown. If you expect a payslip and it is missing, ask your payroll officer whether the run has been approved.

What it shows

  • Earnings: basic pay, overtime, night differential, holiday and rest day pay, allowances and any other income lines.
  • Deductions: absences, tardiness, undertime, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, loan repayments and any other deductions, each listed by name.
  • Totals: gross pay, total deductions and net pay.

Download a copy

Use the download button on a payslip to save it as a PDF. Keep it for loan applications and visa or rental requirements, which often ask for recent payslips.

If a figure looks wrong

Tell HR which period and which line. If the source record is corrected, payroll can process the period again and the payslip updates.

Questions people ask

Why can't I see my latest payslip?

A payslip appears only after payroll has approved the run. While the run is still a draft or under review it is hidden from employees.

Can I download a payslip?

Yes. Each payslip has a download that gives you a PDF.

Who can see my payslip?

You see your own payslips. Viewing them needs the self-service payslip permission, which HR can turn off for a role.
