Reset a forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to the account and works for 24 hours.
Ask for a reset link
- Open your company's OneHRIS address, for example
yourcompany.onehris.ph, and go to the sign-in page. - Choose Forgot password.
- Enter your work email and submit.
Open the sign-in page from your company's own address. The form needs it to know which company you belong to.
Use the link
The email contains a link that stays valid for 24 hours. Open it, enter a new password twice and save. Then sign in with the new password.
Password rules
- At least 8 characters
- At least one digit
- At least one uppercase letter
If the email does not arrive
- Wait a few minutes, then check spam or junk.
- You can ask again for the same account after about 2 minutes.
- The page shows the same confirmation whether or not the address has an account. If you never receive anything, ask your HR administrator to check the email on your employee record.

How long does the reset link last?
24 hours. After that, ask for a new one.

The message is the same for every address so that nobody can use the form to find out which emails have accounts.
