What is Employees' Compensation (EC)?
A contribution paid by the employer alone to fund benefits for work-related sickness, injury and death, collected together with SSS contributions.
For SSS in 2025 it is ₱10 a month when the monthly salary credit is below ₱15,000 and ₱30 a month at ₱15,000 and above.
